How to redeem a voucher from NetFlorist

A step-by-step guide

Yay! You received an awesome voucher for NetFlorist. Happy days!
But the question is: ‘How do I redeem this voucher?’ Never fear when NetFlorist is near! We have put together this awesome step-by-step guide just for you:
Here’s how to redeem your NetFlorist voucher:
1.  If you're new to NetFlorist, go ahead and create a profile with us. Click on logon/register in the right hand corner, fill in your deets and click next to proceed to shop. If you already have a profile with us, logon and get shopping!

2.  Browse for the perfect gift. If you have found it; click on the product and at the bottom of the page, click ‘Add to Basket’.

3.  The gift you have selected will now show on the Basket Summary page. An extra sweet or card can also be added here to make the gift extra special. Once you are happy with the gift and extras, click ‘Next’.

4.  The next page is for the Recipient’s details. Fill in the deets of the person receiving the gift and click ‘Next’ to proceed to the next page.

5.  Paying isn’t always fun, but with your voucher the Payment Options page will feel like a warm summer breeze. At the top of the page you’ll see ‘Got a voucher?’ Enter your voucher code here to be able to redeem it.

6.  Note: Please make sure that you are redeeming from the correct Netflorist store or range as indicated on the voucher. We'll be helpful and add your delivery fee of R69.95 to the final total of your purchase so you can use your voucher against it.

7.  Choose a relevant payment option, after the voucher number has been entered. If the total amount of the gift exceeds the voucher amount, you’ll have to pay the outstanding amount. Click on the relevant payment options and follow the steps. You can either pay with a credit card, MasterPass (Debit card), Bank transfer, Discovery Miles or eBucks.

8.  After following all the steps; click ‘Next’. You will then receive your order number. Keep it close, it is important to have in case something goes wrong with the delivery!

9.  There you go! Once you’ve followed all of the necessary steps and paid for your order, our floral folk and gifting gurus will take care of the rest.
