| Rules |
Entrants are required to be registered users of NetFlorist.co.za and must have bought an item/items from the NetFlorist or NetGifts Father's day range. The competition is open to anyone, except employees of NetFlorist, or other representatives, affiliates, advisors, immediate family members, and third-party prize suppliers. Entry implies acceptance of the competition rules. NetFlorist can only accept entries that are completed and submitted in the designated format. The competition is only open to South African residents and closes 19 June 2011.

| Prize |
The prize constitutes the following for 2 people for 5 nights and is valid until 30 November 2011:
- Return flights from Johannesburg to Inhambane on Mozambique Airlines
- Return transfers between the airport and hotel
- Shared accommodation for two adults. No children under 12 allowed
- Breakfast and dinner daily

- Approximately USD 3.00 airport taxes to be settled directly by the prize winner
- Subject to availability and excludes peak seasons
- Visa fees are for the prize winners account
- All prize winners must be in possession of a valid passport and visa at the time of travel

The prize-draw will take place on 21 June, on which day the winner will be contacted via phone.

| Entries |
To enter the competition, the entrant must be a registered user of NetFlorist and must have bought an item/items from the NetFlorist or NetGifts Father's day range. Once this has been done, you will automatically be entered into the competition. All entries are deemed to be entered into the competition on the day of receipt by NetFlorist. Queries may be sent to info@netflorist.co.za.

| Winner |

The prize winner shall be selected randomly by NetFlorist at the end of the "competition period". The winner will be contacted by NetFlorist via phone. |
If a selected winner is unreachable or ineligible, the winner will forfeit his or her prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner. Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, vouchers or a different suite and the expiry date may not be extended. This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize awarded is the responsibility of the competition sponsor Harvey World Travel and Flamingo Bay Resort. NetFlorist, Harvey World Travel and Flamingo Bay Resort cannot be held responsible in the event of any problem arising. NetFlorist, Harvey World Travel and Flamingo Bay Resort accept no liability for the prize or for any loss or damage arising from its issue.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of NetFlorist, which are final and binding in all respects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NetFlorist reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the competition at any time, in its sole discretion. Entrants who breach these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the prize-draw, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to NetFlorist, the competition, or any other entrant (in each case, as determined in NetFlorist's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the competition.

The Mozambican Government has announced an increase in visa fees for tourists to Mozambique with immediate effect (9 February 2011)

Visa fees at the Vilanculos Airport have increased to USD 95, per person with immediate effect.

Visitors are advised of this increase to ensure they have the correct amount available in cash $US, to obtain their visa at the airport.

Kindly note that South African passport-holders do NOT require a visa for leisure travel to Mozambique.

MALARIA:
Mozambique is a malaria area and all guests are advised to take prophylactics. Please ensure you consult a physician 6 weeks before your departure.

PLEASE NOTE:
Cyclone season for Mozambique falls in the months of January and February. Inland is cooler than the coast and rainfall higher as the land rises, the most rain between January and March. Hottest and wettest season is October to March. From April to September the coast has mainly dry weather tempered by sea breezes.
USD notes printed prior to 2001, with the 'small heads' on them, are NOT being accepted by airport, immigration officials and many other vendors. Only the newer notes, with the 'large heads' will be accepted.
Please note that if clients have permanent South African Residency but are travelling on a foreign passport clients will still need to get any relevant visas.
When checking in at your hotel, a credit card imprint may be requested for security purposes. Should a credit card not be available, a cash deposit will be required. The deposit will be refunded when checking out of the hotel, less any additional charges that may have been incurred during your stay.
