Substitution policy
Our grower and preferred florists will use only the freshest flowers, and will make substitutions depending on seasonal and regional availability.
Therefore an exact replica of any of the designs shown is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed. You are however assured that, should certain flowers be unavailable at the time of the order, the nearest equivalent will be used.
Paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and colour combinations. In the unlikely event that the order delivered does not meet your expectations, kindly contact us on care@netflorist.co.za where your complaint will receive immediate attention.
