This Abseiling experience takes place surrounded by the magnificent Drakensberg peaks with views to take your breath away, while enjoying the outdoors. The abseiling trip is a single abseil away from the base.

Being based in the Central Drakensberg* boasting the most spectacular view of Champagne Castle and Cathkin Peak means there are lots of abseil points that can be utilised on the day to take in the splendid scenery of the 'berg. This exciting abseil allows for on lookers to see you conquer the drop.

*Four Rivers Adventures is based in the Central Drakensberg, Kwa Zulu Natal on the R600 between Thokozisa and the Bell Park / Cayley Lodge turnoff.

General Information

• All safety briefings and all safety equipment is provided
• No previous experience is needed as all the guides are trained and the abseiling is conducted by qualified supervisors
• The trip takes approximately 2 hours to complete
• A basic level of fitness and good health is required
• All guests will need to sign an indemnity on commencement of the adventure all additional standard terms and conditions apply
• Children over 7 yrs may participate
• Minimum of 6 persons required per trip
• Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked experience will be charged for in full or can be moved to another available date.
