The Palmiet River tumbles through the Fynbos covered mountains of the Kogelberg Nature Reserve, just outside Kleinmond, about an hour's drive from Cape Town. This pristine natural environment forms the backdrop to our Palmiet River Experience.

Abseiling in the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve takes place all year round but weather dependent. The full day trick includes a light snack on arrival, all abseiling mountaineering & safety equipment, qualified guides, picnic lunch, permit fees.

• Transport to the reserve is not included, but can be provided at an additional cost
• A basic level of fitness and good health is required
