If you are buying an item for delivery in a country other than your own, please select the relevant country from the drop down menu bar on the homepage. This will change the catalogue so that only items available for delivery in the selected country will be displayed. You can then select your item which you would like to order. Click the "Order Now" button and the item will be placed in your shopping basket.
Step 1 of 6: In the Shopping Basket
This step will show you
which items you have in your shopping basket together
with the final price for the product. If you would like to order two of the
same product, tick the box next to the item and click the "repeat selected
item" button.
Step 2 of 6: Voucher Redemption
Should you have a voucher to
redeem, enter it's number or code in the space provided. Then click the
"Next" button.
Step 3 of 6:Login
(You will only see this screen if you have
not yet logged on)
If you are an existing user on NetFlorist, enter your
email address and your password. If you are a new user, enter your email
address in the available space and click the "Login using our secure
server" button.
Step 4 of 6: Recipient Details
All the items in your shopping
basket will be listed on this page. A delivery address for each item will
need to be specified.
If a list of all your existing recipients are displayed, choose the recipient that you want the item to be delivered to.
If you are a new user, or if you have not yet sent to this recipient before you must enter the delivery information for the person you are sending the item to. To ensure efficient delivery, please make sure that the address is as complete as possible.

Once your recipient is sorted out, choose the delivery date required, supply the message that will go with the item, and type any special instructions you may have for this delivery.
Step 5 of 6: Order Confirmation
Confirm your message on the
card, your personal details, and enter your credit
card details. If you are a new user, you will need to enter some of your
information (at least your Name and Contact Number) so that we can contact you
if need be.
Then choose your payment method (usually this is by credit card, but you can use one of the alternative payment options provided) by clicking the appropriate payment button.Our system will immediately contact the bank for authorisation of the amount reflected in your Order Total. Authorisation should not take longer than 30 seconds.
Step 6 of 6: Thank You
You will immediately be notified that the transaction has been completed.
You will be shown a detailed invoice, which you can print (this order can also be viewed in your "My Account" section).
Shortly after you have finished shopping from NetFlorist, you will receive an e-mail confirmation confirming the transaction and order details.
