How our petal programme works

With the Petals Frequency Programme you now have an incentive to celebrate Slovakian Independence Day, the two-week anniversary of your last power failure, the 32½ anniversary of your first kiss and all the other moments of joy you can think of.

Once you have signed up, every item you purchase online will earn you a petal (see terms and conditions below). When you have purchased ten items, and have a flower full of petals, you will receive an email detailing how to redeem your free bouquet. Whenever you log onto our site, you will be able see how many petals you have earned and how many you have to go.

Terms and Conditions

• Only orders placed via our website will be eligible to earn Petals.
• Orders that have a voucher attached do not qualify.
• The addition of chocolates and teddy bears to an order, will not earn additional petals.
• You will be eligible for a free bouquet for each set of ten items you order with NetFlorist online.
• Petals and free bouquets do not expire.
• The closing date for signing up is at NetFlorist's discretion.
• The programme is only open to customers purchasing by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, American Express), direct deposit (i.e. not on account), Autopay, mimoney or eBucks only.
• Free bouquets can only be redeemed via our website, and not through the call centre.
• Free bouquets can only be sent throughout South Africa.
• Free bouquets cannot be delivered in the week preceding and the week following a large floral occasion (Valentine's Day; Mother's Day; Secretaries Day)
